Project designs below were collaborations with Clients, Landscape Contractors, Landscape Architects, and Civil Engineers.
Simple front yard design to increase curb appeal. Backyard renovation.
Grand front yard entry during a home addition. 3D conceptual sketches drawings for cost estimates and construction documents. Client was in the middle of the construction of a great room addition to their home. This first design reflected all of the client's "wants" for a cost estimate to see if there was room in the budget. Due to budget concerns the client scaled back the design with just their most essential "wants" leaving room to add on at a later date. The client removed the large existing tree, but stayed true to most of the value engineered concept.
