This information may be collected through our website contact form, email correspondence, client agreements or service forms, and direct verbal consent provided during phone or in-person communications. Customers must voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS communications from Ezzie Group LLC and its subsidiaries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services. 

• Data Usage:  We use your data solely for informational and customer service text messages related to Ezzie Group LLC and its subsidiaries' services. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted.

• The messaging program consists of informational and customer service text messages, including responses to client inquiries, project updates, scheduling and appointment coordination, meeting reminders, requests for project information or documentation, and other service-related communications from Ezzie Group LLC and its subsidiaries.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to 559-237-7792 or 559-578-9300 or esmeralda@ezziegroupllc.com. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. And we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.
